> A Dedicated Service
As a reflection of the expertise and the care applied to every case, Aviastra’s Air Ambulance operations now account for more than 80% of it’s service to clients. Aviastra’s medical and air ambulance department is functionally separate from its passenger operations and you will be looked after by a dedicated team of staff. Each case is appointed a team from which two members maintain availability around the clock to provide a single point of contact for families at home and abroad.

“The entire process went so smoothly and I was kept in touch at all stages along the way which was incredibly reassuring. You made the safe transportation of a dear friend and his mother as swift and comfortable as I think it could have been, and for that, massive thanks.”
